A carefully chosen selection taken from our aged cheeses of the Hauts-de-France!
We begin in the Avenois region, more precisely in Thiérache, with the Bouchon du Brasseur, which we have washed ourselves with blonde beer.
Next on the regional cheese tour comes a piece of Mimolette Française – half-old; yes, the Mimolette is indeed of French origin.
We continue the journey with a house classic, the Fromage Sans-Nom®. Did you know? To avoid there being “some cheeses with no name,” that name is protected and linked to only one producer and to our affineur expertise.
From the Hauts-de-France, very small productions offer true gems made from goat’s milk like the Domino, which you can taste and appreciate in the selection.
Finally, a touch of freshness, softness and marine air is brought by the Tout en Crème de la Côte d’Opale, which will make you swoon!
The selection of cheeses will be presented on a small plate which will be decorated.
